Teamwork

Getting employees to work together

The lessons learned was that even a group of virtual strangers can pull together and achieve a goal if everyone knows what needs to be accomplished.

By focusing entirely on the goal of getting that last truck safely up the hill and then the group safely back to camp, this small band of adventurers was able to form a team that was able to accomplish the task at hand.

So in the working world, you can apply these lessons by making sure your employees know exactly what the task is. If they know exactly what needs to be accomplished they can pool their resources to accomplish what needs to be done by working together.
